2. Eligibility
Gift cards are available exclusively to students. At the time of purchase, students must provide the name of the university they attend. This information is required to link the gift card code to the correct university site. Gift cards can not be used at multiple universities.
3. Redemption
• Gift cards purchased via GiftUp can only be redeemed through the Circuit Go app for products/services offered by Circuit Laundry.
• Students must have an active Circuit Go account linked to their listed university or private accommodation site.
• Redemption is subject to Circuit’s terms and conditions and applicable site-specific rules.
• The gift card must be used in full; partial redemptions are not permitted.
4. Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., if the gift card is faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
5. Non-Transferable
Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the student whose university is linked to the card. They cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for cash or other value.
6. Expiry
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
7. Lost or Stolen Cards
Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. No replacements will be issued.
8. Restrictions
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any gift card and/or refuse redemption if fraud or misuse is suspected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Wash Pass Value
Wash Pass includes the value of 36 standard Wash & Dry cycles. The pass is applied as a monetary credit to your account rather than as 36 individual cycles. If you select premium or higher-priced wash programmes, the cost of these programmes will be deducted from your available Wash Pass balance accordingly.
